This amp, sound-wise, is absolutely on par with Marshall. Made here in the good ole' U.S.A. Has held it's own supremely well in my band who's other guitar player uses a Mesa. Easy to dial in a large range of consistently high quality gain/distortion tones, a very respectable clean, and very fine gritty (slight to heavy duty overdrive) tones in between. Really nice sounding Accutronics spring reverb.
